Psalm 121

I look up to the mountains - does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth!

As we go through life's challenges it can sometimes feel like we are climbing to higher heights only to feel suffocated. Yet, we must remember that God is with us. He helps us climb those mountains. He is our help. Don't look to your mountain ( aka problem). Look to God.
